About the role
We have an opportunity for a Roster Officer to be part of our New England Police District Team. The Roster Officer provides efficient and effective coordination and management of the rostering portfolio, utilising all human resources available to achieve corporate, community and command requirements.

Describe a situation where you had to handle a complex scheduling conflict? What are some on the considerations that you needed to work through to achieve a positive outcome?
Target Question 2:
The Roster Officer is required to produce effective and compliant rostering schedules for a 24/7 environment. Provide examples of how you have previously prepared and maintained rosters to ensure that they are deployed timely and appropriately.
