About the Role

As a Property Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating property projects, administering leases and licences, and ensuring compliance with legal and statutory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage leases and licences across a range of Council-owned properties, including renewals, rent reviews, and compliance checks.

- Contribute to property-related projects through report preparation, stakeholder engagement, and community consultation.

- Maintain accurate property records and update management databases to support informed decision-making.

- Provide expert advice on property matters, including interpreting lease terms, legislation, and Council policies.

About You

You’ll bring a strong understanding of property management along with the ability to juggle priorities and provide clear, professional advice.

Essential Criteria

- Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in property management.

- Current Class C Driver’s Licence.
