About The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Property Lawyer with 3–5 years of post-admission experience to join a high-performing team in Sydney’s CBD. You’ll play a key role in managing property matters across NSW, VIC, and QLD and work closely with clients on a variety of transactions.

Reporting directly to senior legal professionals, your key responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate Contracts for Sale and Purchase

- Handle PEXA settlements, lodgements, and title-related transactions

- Advise on commercial and retail leases including variations and subleases

- Support developers with acquisitions, subdivisions, and off-the-plan contracts

- Liaise with financial institutions and manage mortgage aspects of transactions

- Manage end-to-end residential and commercial conveyancing across NSW, VIC & QLD

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- Mandarin speaking preferred but not essential

- Proficiency with PEXA and legal practice systems

- A proactive, client-focused, and organised approach

- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills

- 3–5 years PAE in property law across NSW, VIC, and QLD

- Experience in conveyancing, leasing, and development matters

- Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
