About the Role

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in enabling executive focus and strategic impact?

We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Supply Chain Officer in driving strategic priorities and business goals. This is more than just diary management — you’ll be a trusted partner, providing critical planning and high-level business support that keeps the Chief Supply Chain Officer focused, aligned, and ahead of the curve.

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Supply Chain Officer enabling them to focus on business-critical decisions. This includes compilation of steering committee and board paper, agenda management, and taking meeting notes and actions.
- Enabling smooth operations by managing emails and diary, coordinating communication, and optimising workflow.
- Providing trusted and reliable support to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, driving efficiency, fostering collaboration, and proactively addressing challenges.
- Confidently managing stakeholder relationships at all levels and seniority, both internal and external to SRG.

About you

We’re seeking an Executive Assistant with proven experience in supporting a Senior Executive.You have strong relationship management capabilities, emotional maturity, and the ability to uphold high levels of confidentiality.You are proactive and have an improvement-focused mindset.

In addition, you bring:

- Proven administration skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Event coordination and management experience
- Demonstrated Problem Solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
