About this Opportunity:
- We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager to focus on Building Management System (BMS) / Controls projects, primarily responsible for driving sales growth through install base initiatives that generate Labour & Materials (L&M) opportunities in the VIC service business.
- Develop sales strategies and plans to meet targets for the VIC BMS Service Business.
- Identify sales opportunities within the existing install base in collaboration with the service department.
- Manage the preparation and submission of sales proposals following Johnson Controls policies.
- Participate in tenders with submissions of Johnson Controls products, systems, and solutions.
- Achieve business plans with secured sales volume and gross margin targets.
- Provide industry insights and recommend strategies to maximize future business aligned with service growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers, providing sales and technical support to contractors, consultants, and end-users to enhance solution sales and customer satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
- 5-10+ years of experience in the Controls industry.
- Proven sales ability with demonstrated growth year-on-year.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to understand customer needs.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
