Leading a team of five TA professionals, you’ll be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment delivery and partnering with business leaders to deliver strong talent outcomes.**Key responsibilities:*** Lead and develop a high-performing TA team.* Drive the rollout of our EVP and execution of the TA strategy.* Manage permanent recruitment volumes across the business.* Oversee recruitment budgets, spend, and agency relationships.* Partner with external providers to manage our casual workforce requirements.* Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.**What you’ll bring:*** Proven experience leading a TA function or team (preferred).* Strong commercial acumen with a focus on innovation, processes and vendor management.* A hands-on approach balancing leadership and delivery.* Passion for developing people and creating a high-performing culture.* Experience in Workday (highly desired).This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an established TA function, make an impact and lead a team through an exciting period of growth for TGE Australia.**About Team Global Express**Team Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
