**The role**:
The graduate analyst position will provide research and analytical support for client projects on executive and board remuneration, board governance and incentive plan design. Depending on qualifications and experience, the position may also value financial instruments, research tax and legal implications, and consider the impact of incentive design on behaviour.

The position is full time.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Researching, reviewing and analysing company and executive pay information in Australia and internationally, referencing annual reports, financial databases and other sources.
- Preparing draft client proposals, reports and publications.
- Preparing financial and remuneration modelling based on historical and forecast company performance.
- Preparing data and graphics for client company performance disclosures.
- Communicating with clients.
- Assisting with remuneration database maintenance.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Graduate or post-graduate with a high achievement level in one or more of behavioural sciences, economics, finance, law, statistics, actuarial science or mathematics. We are open to graduates of other disciplines.
- New graduate or up to 2 years analyst experience.

**Location**:
The company also facilitates working from home a specified number of days per week after completion of our graduate learning and development program.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
