An exciting opportunity exists in our Sydney M&A team for an experienced Legal Executive Assistant. We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Sydney Managing Partner, Sydney M&A Business Unit Leader and other senior staff. This pivotal role requires a confident professional with exceptional coordination skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset.
As a key addition to this team, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Diary management, travel coordination, and confidential communications;
- Event management
- First point of contract for operations
- File management (e.g. opening and closing matters and electronic filing);
- Monthly billing, client reporting and invoicing;
- Printing and filing of correspondence and emails
- Other tasks as directed
More About You
The successful candidate will also possess:
- Strong understanding of MS Office applications;
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all levels;
- Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- An adaptable and flexible nature
