Our legal membership is designed for growing businesses that are ready to move beyond DIY legal, but not yet ready to bring on in-house counsel. It’s cost-effective, practical, and built to scale with our clients.
About the Role
As an Account Executive (internally known as a Legal Solutions Consultant) in the SME and mid-market team, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our membership base across Australia. While you’ll have support from our BDR team, success in this role requires a self-starter mindset, someone who can both generate pipeline and drive deals through to close.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of the full sales cycle, work directly with decision-makers, and help shape how we scale our outbound motion for the SME and mid-market segments.
The successful candidate must have full work rights in Australia, and be available to commence work on Tuesday, 6 January 2026.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close
- Source and qualify your own leads via LinkedIn, referrals, industry lists, and events
- Leverage SDR support to supplement pipeline and booked meetings
- Run high-quality discovery calls with SME and MM decision-makers (Founders, GMs, Heads of Ops)
- Pitch the value of the Pro Membership and tailor proposals to suit client needs
- Follow up proactively, build urgency, and overcome objections with confidence
- Keep all sales activity and deal updates tracked in our CRM, and be confident reporting on the strength of your pipeline
- Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, and SDRs to continuously refine messaging, ICP, and workflows
- Consistently hit monthly new member and activity targets

You’ll have autonomy, support, and the ability to make a direct impact on LegalVision’s growth. You will have at least 3 years’ experience prospecting the medium, mid-market or enterprise segments. Closing experience isn’t essential. Polish, commercial curiosity and a hungry attitude are critical.
