**Legal Assistant**

Rose Legal Costing is looking for a someone to join their team on a full time, paid basis. We will also consider part-time applicants, but please confirm your availability in your covering letter including available days.

We specialise in legal costs disputes and assessments, and largely receive instructions from other law firms as they rely on our expertise in costs. Since starting in August 2021, more than 120 law firms have instructed us in all types of cases.

This is an opportunity for someone to learn a specialist area of law.

Answering phone calls.

Arranging diaries, including the court diary.

Adding new matters on to the firm’s case management system.

Ensuring matters are dealt with in a timely manner.

Assisting the team generally with matters, including preparation of court books.

**Requirements**:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $52,749.66 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
