You will work collaboratively with your Sedgwick colleagues and have the customer and client at the centre of everything you do whilst achieving timely outcomes.* Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email* Coordinate triage efforts as calls are received* Obtain and process key information relating to customer enquires* Maintain high level of customer service with all internal and external stakeholders**About you:*** Self-motivated, driven and customer centric.* Caring, empathetic and resilient* Enjoy working within a fast-paced environment.* Exceptional communication and organisational skills* Basic Microsoft Office skillsHours and shifts are flexible and will suit different working patterns such as school or university hours or weekend work. **Sedgwick supports a hybrid working model and initial training days will be paid and will be facilitated in our metro Wollongong office.**Please note that as part of our recruitment process, we conduct work rights and police checks.
