Overview

Australia Wide Trades Recruitment is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our client who is an iconic, global manufacturer in the FMCG industry. Position details

- Permanent position

- Night shift hours: 6pm-6am

- 7 shifts/fortnight - great work-life-balance

- Dandenong South location

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily production processes to meet OEE targets and participate in toolbox meetings

- Coordinate training to support team development, acting on feedback to drive engagement

- Maintain a positive leadership style to nurture the existing continuous improvement culture

- Strictly follow and drive all required safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

- Formal qualifications in a Production or Manufacturing stream advantageous

- Proven leadership experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment is essential

- Proven knowledge of GMP, lean manufacturing principles and a strong mechanical aptitude

- Being a team player with a positive, self-motivated and proactive attitude is essential

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a high attention to detail

On offer

Night Shift Hours: 6:00pm - 6:00am

7 shifts/fortnight - no Sunday work

$100k - $110k (negotiable) + shift loading + bonus scheme + super
