**The Company**

My client is a national FMCG company looking for its next Production Supervisor. The exciting opportunity has become available to provide short-term support across the production team.

This role is based in South-Eastern Melbourne.

**The Role**

Reporting into the Factory Director, the responsibilities of the role includes:

- Ensure the production schedule is delivered in full (inclusive of setup, changeover and startup times)
- Ensure quality standards are met across production functions
- Comply with agreed GMP standards
- Adhere to the company's Health and Safety policies
- Ensure production operations do not exceed defined levels of wastage

**Your Background**

In order to be successful in this role, you will be:

- Prior experience within FMCG background
- A combination of hands-on and strategic experience
- Experience leading a team
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
