With steady growth and a supportive team culture, they are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor / Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on the factory floor.
About the Role This is a role for someone who enjoys being on the ground with the team, not stuck behind a desk.
You'll be responsible for supervising production staff, making sure jobs are running smoothly, meeting deadlines, and keeping safety and quality front of mind.
Key Responsibilities Lead by example on the factory floor, supporting and guiding staff Manage daily production schedules and workflow Monitor quality and ensure work is completed to standard Promote and enforce WHS practices Troubleshoot issues, minimise downtime and keep things moving Train and develop staff to build skills and efficiency About You Experience as a Production Supervisor, Leading Hand or similar Practical knowledge of manufacturing or trade environments - Previous metal fabrication experience will be highly sort after.
