Job Description

- Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records and ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation.
- Handle payroll queries and provide solutions in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to reconcile payroll accounts.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax obligations, including PAYG, superannuation, and other statutory requirements.
- Support audits and address any payroll-related discrepancies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Executive should have:

- Proven experience in payroll processing and accounting practices.
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
