What you’ll do

- Manage the full lifecycle of all corporate real estate leases, including renewals, negotiations, and terminations.
- Oversee supplier governance, ensuring third-party facilities management partners deliver value and meet performance standards.
- Lead the delivery of facilities management programs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost savings across all sites.
- Project manage capital works, including office fit-outs and refurbishments, from planning through to completion.
- Act as the central point of contact for landlord facility managers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with business goals.

What you’ll bring

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels.
- Advanced project management expertise, with a track record of delivering complex property projects.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to link property decisions to broader business objectives.
- Proven experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation.
- Relevant industry qualifications and experience in direct corporate real estate management.
