Who Are You?

So What/u2019s In It For You?

- # LifeOfCharlotte: Go and type this hashtag into LinkedIn, and feel the IMMACULATE vibes of our company culture. We know we’re fun/funny (lol).
- Flexi Friday: Friday is the day to wrap up the loose ends at work in the morning, and spend some time focusing on YOU in the afternoon. That might include learning something new, doing something for the soul, or even starting your weekend early (that last one is dependent on your client needs, obvs).
- Client Base: we partner with a variety of businesses, across most industries, which is a unique but VERY fun challenge. There’s a lot of potential out there, and it’s an exciting time to get involved with their businesses.
- ‘Work From Anywhere’: A change of scenery does wonders for the soul, and we get it At We Are Charlotte, we offer you the chance to work from anywhere for up to two weeks a year as well as the opportunity to work flexibly for all of January too
- Snacks: this one is a no-brainer. But if you love snacks, then you’ll love our office. There is an endless supply of them #yummmmmm
