**PEOPLE & CULTURE ADVISOR**:
**INTRODUCTION**:
We are seeking a motivated HR advisor to evolve the People and Culture function for our next phase of growth. Reporting to our Head of People and Culture, you will work together as a team with a focus on employee experience.

**FULL JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are seeking a motivated HR advisor to evolve the People and Culture function for our next phase of growth. Reporting to our Head of People and Culture, you will work together as a team with a focus on employee experience.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist with all activities across the employment lifecycle such as talent acquisition, onboarding, induction, probation reviews, performance, remuneration reviews and off-boarding.
- Provide employee relations advice to employees and stakeholders across the business.
- Assist with policy development, employment documentation and maintaining HR systems/data.
- Partner with the business to maintain a safe workplace, adhering to current WHS legislation.
- Assist with projects to support employee development in head office and through the retail store network.
- Enhance our strong culture and values through employee communications and events.
**ABOUT YOU**:
You are an experienced HR coordinator seeking to take the next step in their career or an advisor seeking a sideways move in a new organisation. You have:
- a HR or related qualification
- 3+ years of coordinator and/or HR advisory experience
- Retail environment experience (highly desirable).
- You have a can-do positive approach, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. In addition, you have:
- excellent organisational & time management skills.
- ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously & prioritise your work.
- a strong desire to learn and grow by contributing to P&C projects.
