We’re looking for a People & Culture Advisor who’s a true generalist. You'll be ready to work across the full employee experience remit, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, payroll advice, and award interpretation.If you enjoy variety, can adapt quickly, and want to see the direct impact of your work across an operational workforce, this role will give you the scope you’re after. What you’ll bring

- Proven experience in a generalist or advisory HR role (blue-collar/mining experience highly regarded)

- Strong award interpretation skills and knowledge of employment legislation

- Ability to work with a range of stakeholders, from site supervisors to senior leaders

- A practical, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail

- AbIlity to tailor your approach and communication to suit your stakeholders

- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
