About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Roster Business Partner to work within our Workforce Management Division.

As Roster Business Partner, you’ll work with senior leaders and house teams to design effective rosters in a complex, regulated environment. Your work will improve outcomes for staff and clients while helping to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for positive change.

Your Key Focus

- Support operational teams with creating NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) rosters across multiple Scope houses, applying previous experience in roster development.

- Draft and maintain efficient, accurate rosters informed by input from Operations staff, Acquisition and Retention teams, and Operations Management, while balancing workforce and service delivery requirements.

- Prepare and deliver reports to the Team Leader and Senior Manager – Roster Development, providing updates on progress, risks, issues, and emerging trends.

- Work collaboratively and constructively with colleagues, fostering positive working relationships across all teams and levels of the organisation.

- Identify and assess issues, interpret information effectively, and take appropriate actions to ensure rosters meet operational, regulatory, and client needs.

What We Look For

- Experience working within Community and/or Not-for-Profit organisations, with specific knowledge of SIL and STAA services under the NDIS.

- Demonstrated ability to ensure systems, governance, structures, and processes are in place to deliver safe, high-quality support.

- Proven capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.

- Strong collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships with managers and staff at all levels.

- Excellent time management skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach to respond to changing priorities and organisational needs.
