Shape omni-channel marketing at Adore Beauty Lead campaigns, launches & retail media in a senior role driving growth, loyalty & customer impact.

Are you ready to take charge of marketing that makes a real impact? Do you love bringing brands and customers together across every channel — from major campaigns to brand launches, retail media, and in‑store events?

Adore Beauty is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to shape and deliver our omni‑channel marketing strategy. This is a senior, hands‑on role where you'll lead major initiatives, partner with iconic beauty brands, and drive customer growth, loyalty, and commercial performance.

You'll be joining a fast‑paced, ASX‑listed business that's redefining beauty retail, combining our 25+ year online presence with an expanding network of physical stores.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Partnerships, you'll be responsible for translating our overall brand and marketing strategy into action, developing and executing a customer‑centric marketing calendar, leading customer campaigns, and driving brand and product launches that deliver on key business metrics. Your remit will span brand launches, campaigns, in‑store activations, retail media and trade marketing, making this a truly multifaceted role.

You'll be at the heart of leading major customer campaigns from concept to completion, collaborating with brands & content team and merchandise teams, or orchestrating a flagship brand launch or store event. You'll think commercially and bring an analytical view, combining both customer insights and performance metrics to deliver on mutually beneficial outcomes for Adore and our partners.

In this role, you'll connect internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive, on‑brand, and commercially successful marketing. As a senior leader, you'll set the standard by combining strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate on and execute a comprehensive omni‑channel marketing calendar that aligns with key business objectives and trade priorities.

- Support customer campaigns, brand launches, in‑store activations, and customer initiatives from concept to completion.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Creative, Content, Merchandise, and Planning teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and customer‑focused.

- Partner with brand and supplier stakeholders to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes and drive market share growth.

- Manage retail media and trade marketing activity to maximise brand visibility and sales performance.

- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimise future activity.

- Contribute to the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

- Act as the conduit between internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and execution across all campaigns.

- Support, coach, and develop your direct report to achieve team goals.

Who You Are

You are a commercially minded marketing professional who thrives on creating campaigns that excite customers and deliver measurable results. You balance creativity with a data‑driven approach, seeing the bigger picture while staying across the details that make a campaign successful.

You have proven experience in retail or FMCG marketing, with exposure to omni‑channel environments, retail media, and trading. You know how to partner confidently with suppliers, vendors, and agencies, and you're comfortable being hands‑on while shaping strategy.

You are highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure, with a knack for managing multiple projects and priorities at once. Building strong relationships comes naturally to you, and you enjoy coaching and supporting others to achieve their best work.

What You’ll Bring

- 5+ years of experience in retail, FMCG, or a closely related marketing environment.

- Demonstrated success leading omni‑channel marketing campaigns that drive growth.

- Strong B2B marketing and vendor management skills.

- Experience in retail media and trade marketing.

- Excellent project management skills — from concept to delivery.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
