Responsibilities
- Client Leadership: Act as the main point of contact for selected Tier 1 and 2 clients across SEO, SEM, Social and CRM, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work as an expert across all channel teams, overseeing and coordinating client deliverables, ensuring excellence in execution and communication.
- Thought Leadership: Provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams, ensuring a forward-thinking approach to digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Account Growth & Retention: Build trust with senior client stakeholders, develop long-term relationships, and ensure account renewals are planned with a focus on growth.
- Commercial & Operational Excellence: Manage client budgets, forecasts, and contribution margins, identifying efficiencies to drive profitability.
- Channel Operations & Insights: Be hands-on within platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, reviewing performance data and supporting the channel teams with strategic recommendations.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 a year
What will I need to thrive in this role?
- 3+ years of account management experience, ideally in a full service agency.
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, and Social Media Advertising.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proven experience project managing multi-channel digital teams.
- Able to generate market insights and share them with the broader team in a way that fosters informed decision-making.
- Confident communicator with experience in pitching, presenting, and driving new business opportunities.
