Job Description

- Provide advice and support on HR policies and procedures to management and staff.

- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new employees.

- Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives.

- Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.

- Support workplace health and safety initiatives to promote a safe working environment.

- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements within the organisation.

- Prepare reports and provide insights to support strategic HR decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of Australian workplace laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
