As a Client Services Administrator, you’ll work closely with Directors on projects and improvements, bringing variety to your day and the chance to be trusted with more than routine administration.

What we’re looking for
- Previous administration experience in an accounting or professional services environment
- Confidence with compliance support tasks such as ATO and ASIC lodgements, BAS/IAS tracking, and client file management
- Experience with platforms like Xero (preferred), MYOB, APS, HandiSoft, Class Super, or BGL will be highly regarded
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset
