Duties
• Provide daily care: hygiene, health, transport, education
• Maintain a safe, clean, and personalised care environment
• Document care events and progress accurately
• Use trauma-informed approaches and behaviour support
• Facilitate social, recreational, and community activities
Skills & Experience
• Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check
• Current driver's license and flexible for rotating roster
• Relevant qualification, lived experience or trainee eligible
• Experience supporting young people with complex needs
• Strong documentation skills and trauma-informed care focus
