About the Role
Join the team at Rydges Sydney Airport kitchen team working across The Ascot restaurant, Smithy’s Bar and IRD, where modern Australian flavours meet warm hospitality. As a full‑time Commis Chef, you’ll support the delivery of beautifully crafted dishes focusing on Australian produce.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hotel.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow kitchen procedures.
- Passion for food preparation and willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a professional attitude.
