We are seeking 3 (1xQLD, 1xNSW, 1xVIC) highly motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to promote our consent product to healthcare professionals across an assigned territory in Australia. You will be responsible for building a strong business plan to ensure we deliver on our project plans to collect consent from HCPs, you will be able to deliver a compelling selling message to ensure success and have a competitive mindset. A successful candidate will be results-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a solid understanding of the Australian healthcare landscape.
What You'll Do
- Educate healthcare professionals on our product through in-person and virtual presentations
- Achieve targets by effectively managing a territory, identifying opportunities for growth, and executing a strategic sales plan
- Maintain and build strong relationships with key health care professionals to enhance brand loyalty
- Business Planning
- Analyze market data to identify key opportunities and challenges within your territory
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet targets, ensuring all activities are compliant with industry regulations and company policy
- Compliance
- Ensure all activities are compliant with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and company policies
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and expense reports
- Problem Solving & Optimization
- Identify roadblocks and challenges in the consent collection process and be solutions focused to overcome these challenges
- Develop and execute solutions to improve speed, efficiency, and success rate of HCP consent collection
Requirements
- 3 reps will have 2+ years of experience as a medical sales representative, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- 5 reps will have 3+ years sales experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumable Goods)
- 2 reps will have little to no experience in sales but may have a business background or retail background
- Strong communication, selling skills, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for regional areas and team meetings
- Proactive, performance-driven, competitive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- This is a field based role with regional travel required
- Field sales role based in Australia. Candidates must be located in major cities: Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
