Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting project delivery, ensuring coordination, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide administrative support to project managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain project schedules, timelines, and documentation to ensure all deliverables are tracked effectively.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Assist with project budgeting, invoicing, and tracking expenditures.
- Communicate with stakeholders (internal and external) to facilitate project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on project progress while flagging any potential risks or delays.
- Foster a collaborative environment by liaising with internal teams to ensure key activities align with project objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- High-level proficiency with software tools like MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project or similar tools).
- Previous experience in an administrative or project coordination role, ideally in complex industries such as public transport, infrastructure, or government.
- A problem-solver who shows initiative and can adapt to changing project environments.
- Familiarity with budget tracking and financial administration is an advantage.
