ABOUT THE ROLE

Drive fair, competitive, and data-driven reward practices as a Performance, Remuneration & Reward Analyst. In this role, you’ll provide analytical insights and workforce data to shape strategic decisions on remuneration, benefits, and performance. Your work ensures equity, compliance, and continuous improvement in how we recognise and reward our people.

Main Responsibilities

- Support annual remuneration reviews, benchmarking, and pay equity analysis

- Manage and optimise remuneration platforms and prepare insights, reports, and business cases

- Maintain and monitor benefits programs, tracking participation, ROI, and engagement

- Assist with bonus program administration, reporting, and alignment with performance outcomes

- Administer performance review processes and analyse ratings to inform remuneration decisions

- Deliver workforce analytics and build dashboards to provide actionable insights for planning and culture initiatives

Ensure compliance with regulations, pay equity principles, and accurate reporting for audits and WGEA submissions

ABOUT YOU

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

- Postgraduate qualification in HR Analytics or Data Science (advantageous)

- AHRI or similar professional membership (preferred)

- 2–4 years’ experience in Reward, HR analytics, or workforce data roles

- Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms and remuneration benchmarking

- Strong understanding of HR data structures and people analytics best practices

- Experience in corporate or FMCG environments (preferred)
