AutoNexus Altona are looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to join their team.

Reporting to the processing manager, your duties will be as followed however not limited to:

- Raising purchase orders
- Order parts for all vehicles operation requirements based on customer pipeline, min / max quantities
- Procure special requirement items at the direction of management.
- Receiving all parts/goods and store in designated warehouse locations in a timely manner
- Receipting all parts/goods into the ERP system within a timely manner and resolving all discrepancies as required
- Ensure invoicing and other related paperwork is in order
- Ad hoc projects and activities as required.
- Complete audits on all client stock take.

About You:

- A full drivers licence
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
- Hold a forklift licence or in process of obtaining licence
- Sound knowledge and experience in logistics and/or the automotive industry
- Experience multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Experience with Word, Outlook & Excel
- Experience using SAP ERP system or similar
