We offer integrated value-based logistics solutions that bring greater operating efficiency and savings to our customers' supply chains.**Inventory Controller – Darwin NT****The Role -**As an Inventory Controller, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control. Your mission - To ensure accuracy, compliance, and service excellence in line with Toll's national strategy and operational standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring inventory excellence, driving operational efficiency, and contributing to a high-performing team.**Duties and Responsibilities -*** Lead frontline inventory operations including stock counts, discrepancy investigations, and put-away processes.* Coordinate inventory adjustments, material transfers, and disposal reports.* Champion inventory management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including INPEX offshore, engineering, and maintenance teams.* Support SAP inventory transactions and challenge testing for team proficiency.* Participate in formal stocktakes, audits, and aging staging projects.* Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a SaIF (Safe and Incident Free) culture.**What You'll Bring to succeed:*** Minimum 2 years' team leadership or supervisory experience.* Strong background in industrial warehousing and inventory control.* Experience with large-scale WMS/ERP systems (SAP preferred).* Advanced MS Office skills, especially around Excel.* Understanding of batch management and integrated management systems.* Certificate III in Warehouse Operations.* Forklift Licence.At Toll, safety is our top priority.
