Northline is seeking a motivated Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This hands-on, dual-role position is perfect for someone with mechanical know-how who's also comfortable with administrative duties to help keep our fleet and operations running smoothly.

About the role:

  • Assist with daily breakdowns and triage work
  • Assist with routine servicing and maintenance on our fleet
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and report on action items
  • Keep workshop clean, safe, and compliant
  • Maintain equipment and consumables registers
  • Track fuel usage and assist with NHVAS compliance

  • Maintain up-to-date maintenance and inventory records

  • Support workshop scheduling and fleet reporting
  • Complete safety reporting, audits, and incident follow-up
  • Participate in ongoing safety and compliance training

To be successful in the role:

  • Qualified Diesel Mechanic
  • Heavy Diesel Mechanic Certificate
  • Previous experience in transport or fleet maintenance
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
  • A proactive, safety-first mindset
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Great communication and time management skills
