Maintenance Coordinator

Northline is seeking a motivated Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This hands-on, dual-role position is perfect for someone with mechanical know-how who's also comfortable with administrative duties to help keep our fleet and operations running smoothly.
About the role:
- Assist with daily breakdowns and triage work
- Assist with routine servicing and maintenance on our fleet
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report on action items
- Keep workshop clean, safe, and compliant
- Maintain equipment and consumables registers
Track fuel usage and assist with NHVAS compliance
Maintain up-to-date maintenance and inventory records
- Support workshop scheduling and fleet reporting
- Complete safety reporting, audits, and incident follow-up
- Participate in ongoing safety and compliance training
To be successful in the role:
- Qualified Diesel Mechanic
- Heavy Diesel Mechanic Certificate
- Previous experience in transport or fleet maintenance
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- A proactive, safety-first mindset
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Great communication and time management skills
