We are currently recruiting for an experienced leasing Paralegal to support the growth of our hugely successful, market leading leasing practice. As a member of our award-winning, fun and dynamic team you will have the opportunity to work alongside Partner Peter Mitchell on complex and high volume leasing matters across commercial, industrial and retail sectors.

You will be able to successfully manage high volume and high quality leasing work through managing your own files and be responsible for preparing, negotiating and progressing clients/' leases. You will deal directly with clients and conduct negotiations with our clients/' tenants and their lawyers.

What You Need

Our Team

Our national Real Estate and Real Estate Stream Solutions teams are one of the largest and most diverse property practices in Australia. We advise major institutional property investors, developers, landlords and tenants on all aspects of commercial, industrial, retail and residential property including capital transactions (acquisitions and disposals), large scale developments, major projects, retirement living and leasing.

Our leasing practice is a core part of our business and our impressive stable of clients includes Charter Hall, Dexus, Lendlease and Stockland amongst others. In this role you will be part of a large and supportive team of high performing lawyers and paralegals, with additional support from the legal support team. You will deal directly with our major clients on a daily basis to manage your own files.
