Rewarding role leading our sales, resident admissions and admin function. Maternity Leave Cover - 8 - 10 month contract with potential to extend. Full time Monday to Friday role, located in Highton.

Role requirements and responsibilities:

- Maternity Leave Cover - Fixed Term 8 - 10 months
- Based @ Highton Gardens Care Community
- Experience in Hotel / Duty or Property Management is welcome
- Management of customer enquiries, conduction of site tours
- Management of sales pipeline to improve conversion rates
- Implementing sales programs to improve uptake of additional services
- Monitoring service standards and customer feedback
- Reception and other administration duties where required
