As our Customer Service Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our sales operations. You'll manage the main counter, lead a motivated team, and build strong relationships with customers and the local trades community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations at the main sales counter
  • Set tasks and goals for the sales team
  • Connect with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships within the trades community
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for growth
  • Work closely with Management team to build sales
  • Engage with team to maintain a strong team culture

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales big box management, preferably in the tools or trades industry
  • Strong leadership and task management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge of various trades and the tools they require
  • A drive to want to help customers
