About the role:
You will be responsible for providing evidence-based clinical services under the mentoring and guidance of highly trained and experienced Senior Clinicians and make a real difference in the lives of children and/or adults with developmental delay and/or disability.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for day-to-day clinical services within the Therapy, Education and Support Services team;
- Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- Engage in and lead clinical work that is guided by evidence-based practice
- Develop and communicate ideas for innovation and improvement
- Recognise and support cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers
- Ensure clear customer documentation
- Work collaboratively, with enthusiasm, recognising contributions from all members of the team
- Actively participate in staff supervision process
- For those with experience, the opportunity to support other staff
- Participate in student placements
- Be solution focused, honest and responsive to new directions and program requirements
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor or Masters of Speech Pathology
- Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Safety Screening, including WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check

Salary: $97,100-133,800 (including super and annual leave loading) + $10,000 sign-on bonus + Generous Salary Packaging ($18,550) + bonus opportunities + professional development time and budget + generous paid parental leave
