About the role:
As we expand, we're seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator (EN) to enhance workforce capability to deliver quality medication administration and high intensity supports. By equipping our staff with the necessary skills and guidance, Clinical Support ensures seamless service delivery and optimal client outcomes.
This role supports the Clinical Manager in assessing and coordinating timely clinical support for clients by overseeing daily activities, developing related policies and procedures, implementing the annual learning and development program for Disability Support Workers and collaborating with external allied health professionals.
What will I be doing?
At a high level you will be:
- Working with the Clinical Manager implement clinical governance as part of eQuality Support's Disability Support Service Delivery Model.
- Support the Clinical Manager to report Clinical Support, quality and safety performance and risks to the Executive.
- Promote a 'Just' quality, compliance and safety culture and contributing to capability uplift.
- Work as part of a monthly on-call roster.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to appropriately address complex clinical needs, support eQuality Support's Disability Support Workers (DSWs) and Client Services Managers and Officers.
- Consult with health professionals to provide optimal outcomes for clients by enabling and supporting DSWs.
- Coordinate and ensure completion of clients' clinical assessments, treatment and support plans.
- Ensure accurate documentation and initiating opportunities to improve client outcomes.
- Operate in a collaborative and consultative manner with clients, their families, medical practitioners, allied health professionals, DSWs and the wider client services team.
- Ensuring client's clinical support plans are being delivered by the DSW workforce.
- Complete audits of clinical processes, identifying deficits and coordinating solutions.
- Monitor standards of care provision and initiate appropriate action if required.
About You
You are an experienced nurse with 5+ years of experience. You excel in supporting leaders and are comfortable pivoting priorities to meet organisational needs. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail and commercial mindset enables you to confidently advise leaders, driving positive outcomes for both the organisation and its employees.

Knowledge and Experience
- Current AHPRA Nurse registration.
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience preferably in subacute services.
- Experience in clinical education – preferably certificate IV in workplace training or equivalent.
- Experience in implementing NDIS Practice Standards (desirable).
Essential
- Current First Aid Certificate with CPR.
- Current Victorian driver's licence and own reliable transport.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Satisfaction of all requirements for working in Australia.
Desirable
- Experience working in a community, residential and/or rehabilitation environment.
- Awareness of relevant legislation (such as the Disability Act 2006, or the Department of Health and Human Services' ISO Standards).
