Working with a team of 4 others on-site and reporting into the Account Director.**An Overview of the role:*** Responsible for the delivery of customer and property services to a client’s commercial portfolio* Proactively develop and manage the relationship with the occupier and client to ensure service delivery expectations are exceeded to facilitate works* Managing operational and FM requirements for both the opening and closure of sites across their portfolio* Ensure compliance with regulations / requirements of client contract and all facilities procedures* Proactively manage vendors to ensure contractual objectives are met and risk is minimised* Incident management and emergency works oversight* Contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the portfolio and share continuous improvement initiatives* Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation and performance excellence* Proven experience working in corporate real estate/facilities, qualifications are desirable but not mandatory* Facilities Management experience in a commercial setting is highly desirable* Experience with Office Relocations, Defects Management and Contract Amendments and Management would be highly desirable.* Understanding of commercial critical environment management requirements* Vendor management experience for specialised services* Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement skills* An understanding that Facilities management services involves the provision of both reactive maintenance and routine maintenance across the allocated portfolio with 24-hour call out / contact requirement**What you can expect from us:*****Shaping the future of real estate for a better world*****.*****At JLL, we see a Brighter Wayforward for our clients, our people, our planet, and our communities.
