Recruitment Branch Manager
$100,000 - $125,000 per year + Company Car + Profit share bonus

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm plus an on-call roster

We' re the largest specialist recruiter to the transport & logistics sector in Australia, with 12 locations across 6 states and supplying 200 + clients every week.

We are part of the Specialist People Services Group, with an annual turnover of approx. $240m and 110 locations globally, supplying 6000+ candidates per week to over 4000 clients every year.

The Role

This is a 'hands-on' sales focused blue-collar temporary recruitment role. You will be responsible for managing and developing not one, but 2 established cost centres from the one location serving a large geographical area in the East and Southeast of Melbourne. The prospects for growth are vast in the East of Melbourne.

You will manage all aspects of the business from sales & recruitment through to payroll, HR, training and development of staff, debt management and P&L growth.

The team you will manage consists of 2 relatively inexperienced, but keen, dynamic and eager to learn graduate consultants and 1 super efficient administrator. The environment really is positive in this office so with your leadership great things will follow.
