Due to newly awarded projects, Melchor are seeking aSenior/Mobilisation Coordinator to join our experienced and close-knit team based in Osborne Park.

As a Senior/Mobilisation Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless mobilisation of personnel across multiple projects. This position is central to keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently — supporting our site and project teams every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the end-to-end mobilisation process for project personnel - from offer to onboarding and site start.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure all compliance, medicals, inductions, and training are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage and maintain recruitment database, rosters, and workforce planning tools.
- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to multiple Perth-based and Site-Based stakeholders.
- Oversee travel and accommodation logistics, ensuring a smooth and positive mobilisation experience for all team members.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that streamline systems and enhance team efficiency.
- Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding mobilisation, onboarding and HR-related queries.
- Mentor and support junior administrators or mobilisation officers as the business grows.

What you’ll bring

- 5+ years experience as a Mobilisation Coordinator (or similar role) within the construction and/or resources sector, ideally involved in high-volume mobilisations for major projects
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong administration skills with proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite and mobilisation systems (such as Pegasus, ERMS, INX Workflow, Avature)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to build rapport easily and foster positive working relationships across all levels of the business
- A self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- A friendly, professional and “can-do” attitude that aligns with Melchor’s team values
