Nexia Sydney are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our Financial Services team.

We provide a full-service solution to a diverse range of clients from large corporate organisations, including ASX listed entities, to privately owned businesses as well as high net worth individuals.
Role Description
Our Financial Services team cater to a broad range of clients, assessing their financial health and selecting the right products and investments to structure a financial plan that suits their individual goals and life-stage.
Providing support to the Financial Services Partners and Advisers, the Client Services Officer will be responsible for:
- Preparing necessary research and investment data to communicate to clients on their ongoing portfolio management objectives;
- Managing and documenting the ongoing client service process for each financial advisor;
- Processing client application and redemption transactions;
- Maintaining regular contact with clients, developing and maintaining good relationships and fostering client excellence; and
- General administrative duties

Requirements
To be considered for this role you must:
- have completed a degree in Finance or Financial Planning;
- have at least one years' experience in client service (financial planning)
- at a minimum, have basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite;
- have experience using BT Wrap, Macquarie Wrap, Netwealth and Xplan (desirable); and
- have excellent attention to detail.
In addition, you will:
- be an enthusiastic team player;
- be driven to provide a high level of service delivery and client care;
- exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbally and written; and
- be proactive and solution oriented, with pride in their own work.
