Job Description

- Provide high-quality client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
- Support the preparation of client reports and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and manage client communications through email and phone.
- Contribute to improving processes to enhance client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Work closely with the team to meet organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Services Officer should have:

- A background in administration, business support, or a similar role.
- Experience in the financial services industry is highly regarded.
- Interest and or Experience in Crypto its a must.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
