The Role

We’re seeking aPayroll Assistantto join our Bunbury office. You’ll play a key role in assisting with payroll processing, employee records, and general office administration. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in fast-paced environments (retail, hospitality, admin) who is looking to grow their career in a supportive team.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with payroll processing, timesheets, reconciliations & employee records
- Provide HR & onboarding support (recruitment and training admin)
- Help with general office support — IT, records, and supplies
- Respond to payroll queries with accuracy and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 12 months’ experience in administration, fast food, hospitality, or retail.

We value real-world experience in fast-paced environments where customer service, multitasking, and adaptability are key.

- Proven ability to work effectively within a team.You’ll be part of a collaborative crew, so being a team player is essential.
- Intermediate digital and systems proficiency.You should be confident navigating basic software tools word, excel, outlook to manage tasks, communicate, and stay organized.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging diverse individuals.Clear communication helps us deliver excellent service and maintain strong internal relationships.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving ability.We’re looking for someone who spots issues early and takes initiative to resolve them.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.You’ll be juggling multiple responsibilities, so time management is key.
- Must be able to commence late October 2025
