About the role?
Capecare has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Payroll and Rostering Assistant to join our vibrant HR team of nine
Reporting to our dedicated Payroll Coordinator, you'll assist us with all things payroll for our growing team of 350 employees. You'll also help support our broader Hospitality, Property/Maintenance, and Corporate Services team, assisting with roster management and any shift changes across both our Busselton and Dunsborough facilities using our payroll system, Inerva.
About You?You are an Admin superstar with experience supporting teams in a Payroll capacity.
You're a quick learner, tech-savvy, and confident in adopting new systems. Ideally, you have knowledge of Payroll processes and an understanding of general HR policies and procedures. Exposure in rostering or scheduling would be seen as a benefit but not essential, as we are willing to train the right individual in this portion of the role.
You aren't afraid to ask questions to find solutions, enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.

Key responsibilities?
- Assist in preparing and processing payroll actions required within a fortnightly pay cycle.
- Assist in Rostering and roster reconciliation.
- Timesheet verification.
- Assist in responding to payroll queries from employees, the finance team, and department managers.
- Ensuring the integrity of employee data is maintained and documented in systems.
- Assisting the Payroll and HR team with data entry and administration.
