As part of our Quality Assurance team, this role is to deliver high-level technical support to our claims teams, ensuring efficient and accurate claims processing. The role also involved overseeing peer reviews for claims and lodgements, providing technical training for new starters and facilitate refresher training for our claims and lodgements teams.
Reporting into our Quality Assurance Team Leader you will be responsible for:
- Provide technical support and training to Claims teams, Lodgements, and Leaders.
- Lead monthly high-level peer reviews for Lodgements and Claims.
- Deliver engaging and effective training for new starters, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills required.
- Maintain and enhance technical training content using tools like PowerPoint and ELMO.
- Continuously review and improve claims training to ensure best practices.
- Assist Team Leaders in authorising and approving claim payments.
- Respond to enquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Support project development and implementation as needed.
- Adhere to policies and procedures to manage risks and ensure compliance.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Commercial Motor Claims with knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, insurance laws and regulations.
- Subject Matter Expert in technical end to end Motor Claims.
- Takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service and effective working relationships with internal and external customers and service providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure clear communication, effective collaboration, and high-quality service delivery.
- A team player, who is collaborative, shares their ideas and encourages others.
