About the Position:
An opening now exists for an experienced Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to step into a high-impact senior role within the Brisbane office. You’ll work alongside leading practitioners on headline transactions across industries, while enjoying a transparent path toward career advancement and financial recognition.
Your work will include:
- Advising corporate clients on commercial structuring, compliance and risk
- Managing major transactions including M&A, shareholder and joint venture deals
- Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex commercial agreements
- Leading client relationships as a trusted legal and strategic advisor
- Contributing to firm-wide growth while mentoring junior lawyers
This position is tailored for someone who wants meaningful progression, premium clients, and serious financial reward in return for their expertise.
Key Requirements:
- 4–6+ years post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law
- Experience across high-value transactions and business advisory work
- Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and drafting capability
- A team player with leadership potential and client-facing confidence
