About the Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with 4+ years of post‑admission experience to join a thriving disputes team in Brisbane. This opportunity is ideal for a driven legal professional ready to fast‑track their earning potential while being mentored by award‑winning partners.

You’ll work across a diverse caseload including complex commercial litigation, corporate disputes, and regulatory matters. From managing high‑value files and attending court proceedings, to strategic advisory work and leading negotiations, this is a front‑row seat to the highest calibre of litigation work in the country.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a range of complex commercial and corporate litigation files

- Draft high‑quality legal documentation for court, clients, and regulatory bodies

- Liaise directly with senior counsel and clients on case strategy

- Lead discovery processes and coordinate with expert witnesses

- Participate in mediations, court appearances and strategic planning sessions

Key Requirements

- Minimum 4 years post‑admission experience in litigation/dispute resolution (from a private practice background)

- Strong technical drafting and advisory skills

- Experience in commercial or corporate dispute matters preferred

- Proven ability to manage deadlines and complex files with precision

- Collaborative team player with a proactive and self‑driven approach
