As a Senior Corporate/Commercial Lawyer, you will:
- Provide strategic legal advice to a wide range of corporate and commercial clients.
- Manage and negotiate complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructures.
- Draft and review commercial agreements, contracts, and other key documentation.
- Offer practical, client-focused solutions that align with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Mentor and guide junior lawyers to support their professional growth.
About You
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced legal professional who is ready to step up in their career. You’ll bring:
- A minimum of 4-6+ years of post‑admission experience in corporate/commercial law.
- Proven experience handling complex transactions and high‑value matters.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach to solving legal challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
