About the Position:

This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 5–8 years post‑admission experience to work on complex, high‑stakes disputes while enjoying the benefits of a truly supportive team environment.

You’ll join a tight‑knit, highly collaborative group of lawyers who pride themselves on lifting each other up. You’ll manage a range of commercial litigation and construction matters, including contract disputes, large‑scale claims, and strategic negotiations, all while having the backing of experienced colleagues and approachable leadership.

This is a role where your work will be valued, your voice will be heard, and your growth will be prioritised.

Key Requirements:

- 5–8 years PAE in commercial litigation, ideally with construction experience (Private practice experience needed)

- Confidence managing complex files and working directly with clients

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills

- A team‑oriented mindset and a proactive, down‑to‑earth attitude
