Overview

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor, to join the team at Isuzu in Warwick Farm. As a Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills.

Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact, you will take care of the customer’s needs ensuring their vehicle is serviced in a timely manner
- Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
- Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI targets
- Ensuring the customers are given the best possible customer service experience
- Quote up repair jobs and liaise with customers

Requirements for the role

- Experience in a similar role within a retail automotive service department
- Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
- Sound Automotive technical knowledge
- Knowledge of ERA-Power DMS preferred but not essential
- Punctual and reliable
- Current driver’s licence
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Demonstrate attention to detail
